The Federal Trough

Sign me up
To join the queue
I want some bail out money, too.

Don't cut me off
I clearly rank
As worthy as a tapped out bank.

In fairness
There should be no bars
Because I don't build lousy cars.

You've gifted grandly
A.I.G.
Why not a deal that gifts poor me?

My assets are gone
My lenders despise me
With you, I've heard, this qualifies me.

What's that you say
You want assurance
For payback I have real endurance.

No need for you
To sweat or holler
An investment in me is sound as the dollar.
