The Baggage
Build Up Poem
Where went my baggage?
Let me tell the tale.
The airlines got a court
To strip and clip and stick it
To employees to help bail
A business on the fail.
And in a burst of angry nays,
In masochistic ways,
Their feelings to loud phrase,
Employees took sick days,
Which in the future raise
The chance theyll have
Far shorter on-job stays.
In justice terms there is no lesson here,
No hero grand, no villain clear,
Just worker-management despair,
The well and truly grounded fear,
A cruel market, neither one will spare.
